When you purchase a car making the final choice on the dealer that you choose is an important factor. Being employed in a highly customer focused industry customer care is a must. All too often a dealer will tell you what he thinks you want to hear so as to close the sale without having the facts to back the statement up. All too often a dealer will keep you sweet until you sign on the dotted line, at which point their involvement with you rapidly diminishes.
